Description

Uther Dragon Tail is an ultra version of the Dragon Tail Chef Knife, quenched in Dozmary Pool where legend has it that King Arthur was given the sword Excalibur by the Lady of The Lake, comes complete with a solid Bronze scabbard. This particular knife is one of four Uther Dragon Tails made at the same time, each have a wave down the spine to help with separation.

The Wolf & Dingo knife is balanced and has a diamond & water stone ground edge – Sharp as a Razor, Quick as a Dream.

Wolf & Dingo knives are;

  • Forged from a single piece of high Carbon 440C  Stainless Steel, including the handle
  • Forged in a triangular cross section, giving inherent strength, down to an edge thickness of approx 0.015″ (0.4 mm) before being ground and finished
  • Sharp, since they have a diamond and water stone ground edge
  • Quick, as they are balanced
  • Pinch grip design
  • Polished for protection
  • Ambidextrous, there is no bias
